I try hard to follow a wholefood, vegan lifestyle, both for health and ethical reasons. A vegan diet means the exclusion of all animal products, meat, fish, eggs and dairy. Wholefoods are foods eaten in their most natural state, ie unrefined or unprocessed, and so, totally delicious!
